The adidas Yeezys Boost 350 V2 “Israfil” is a Summer 2020 release featuring a unique color combination of muted blue, cream, and orange. With a slew of ultra popular Yeezys Boost 350 V2s already under its belt, adidas kept the momentum going in mid-2020 with this quintessential summer silhouette in a new look. The design features an orange monofilament side stripe on the mid-panel of the light blue-grey and cream Primeknit upper. The sleek appearance is enhanced by the lack of a traditional heel tab, which is an on-and-off-again design element of the Yeezys 350 V2 collection. Providing plenty of comfort and support, adidas’s Boost cushioning technology is encased within the semi-translucent light blue ribbed midsole. Release date: Summer 2020.

We accept Returns & Exchanges & Cancellation for most items in new condition within 30 days of receipt. Upon initiating a request, we will process it within 3 business days. Below are detailed explanations for each section.

Order Cancellation

Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address, and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is generated, it can not be changed easily.

You should submit a help Ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket to your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
Drop off your package at the local post office.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account according to our return conditions.

Return Conditions

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bikinis, Tankinis, One-Piece Swimwear, Final-sale items, and Lingerie.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. The address on the logistics list is not our return address, so once returned according to it, we will not accept it.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Refunds

If you need to return the items, the shipping fee you paid when placing an order is non-refundable. We will only return the cost of clothes.

Note: We will deduct the corresponding shipping costs of free-shipping orders when receiving the returned package.
