The Air Jordan 11 Low is coming back in a big way this Summer. And to help spearhead its return, the silhouette is reviving its “Bright Citrus” colorway, offering it in adult sizing for the very first time. First released as a GS exclusive back in 2015, the scheme is a rather understated mix of white and its titular color. The latter only stands out by way of the slightly translucent sole and the instep’s branding, while the former dresses more widespread. This neutral can be found throughout the leather base, laces, eyelets, tongue, and even the patent midsole that nods to OGs. What’s more, there’s an additional detail that sets its apart from the original: an OG carbon fiber plate, a first for the women’s version of the model.

We accept Returns & Exchanges & Cancellation for most items in new condition within 30 days of receipt. Upon initiating a request, we will process it within 3 business days. Below are detailed explanations for each section.
Order Cancellation
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address, and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is generated, it can not be changed easily.
You should submit a help Ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket to your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
Drop off your package at the local post office.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account according to our return conditions.
Return Conditions
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bikinis, Tankinis, One-Piece Swimwear, Final-sale items, and Lingerie.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. The address on the logistics list is not our return address, so once returned according to it, we will not accept it.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Refunds
If you need to return the items, the shipping fee you paid when placing an order is non-refundable. We will only return the cost of clothes.
Note: We will deduct the corresponding shipping costs of free-shipping orders when receiving the returned package.
