(You need to pay the return postage yourself.) After we receive the product and confirm that it is correct, we can proceed to the next process of returning or exchanging the product.

RETURN TIMEFRAME

You’re more than welcome to return your unwanted item(s) back to us, following our terms and conditions below. Please take a look to ensure your return is accepted and processed within our returns policy.

Orders must be returned back to us within 45 days for our international customers. This timeframe is from the date your order is shipped. We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after our relevant returns period.

ORIGINAL CONDITION

Hygiene and customer safety is really important to us, therefore please do your best to try on, handle and repackage items with care. Items must be returned back to us in their original condition – unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hair, deodorant , perfume and must have all original attached. All items will be inspected upon arrival back to our warehouse and failure to be returned in their original condition may lead to cleaning charges or refusal.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Whilst returns are an important part of the retail process, not all items can be returned back to us. Our non-returnable items include contact us to get “return failed” by after provided a clean and tidy photo of the soles of your photos. Its express “return failed” thatc non-returnable.

To initiate a return within our returns policy, the following process must be followed:

Return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.

. Quality checking/assessment will take place once the item(s) are received.

. Once received and checked you will receive a message which will confirm any further course of action.

. If you have chosen to receive a refund, we will refund any money received from you equivalent to the full cost of the item(s). If you have chosen exchange, this will be issued dependent on real state choice.

Refunds can only be issued using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase (i.e. Card, Paypal, Zelle, Cash app, Bank Transfer).

No – we kindly ask customers to return each order separately, so you don’t experience any issues receiving your full and correct refund. If items from separate orders are returned together in one parcel, we’ll only be able to identify one order.

As soon as you have completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team will then be working extremely quickly to get this order picked and packed and sent out to you confirm Qc(Quality Control) photos. Order will be shipped within 24 hours after confirmation.

Once this has been dispatched, you can check of this (within 3 working days) with a ‘TRACK ORDER’ button included. (P.S If you click this link, you’ll be taken to a page where you’ll find your tracking number and courier. You can then use this tracking number on the courier’s website for accurate updates! )

Your tracking will continue to update as your parcel makes its way to you.

Why does express delivery only show that label created?

The package is in transit from country to country. express delivery has not received the package to update yet. 

Festival delays

We’re aware of some delays in the express network due to Black Friday/Cyber Monday and in the run up to Christmas. Please trust our couriers are working as quickly as possible, but we kindly ask you to allow a little more time for your order to arrive. 

Customs 

Unfortunately, we have no control over custom delays but we kindly ask that you keep an eye on your tracking for updates. 

If your parcel is at customs – please allow up to 5 working days for your order to clear.

Once your parcel has cleared customs – please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered.

Invalid Address

Your parcel may be delayed if the couriers are struggling to locate your address. If your tracking states “BAD ADDRESS” or “ADDRESS QUERY”, please contact us as soon as possible and confirm your full address. We can pass on confirmation of your address the s to the courier and they’ll be able to continue with delivery.

Return to Sender

Please check your tracking and if you see “RETURN TO SENDER”, this means it’s being sent back to us due to insufficient address or too many failed attempted deliveries. Your order will be refunded once it’s received back at our warehouse. Or please contact us And provide the correct address information, once the warehouse receives the package, it will be re-delivered.

We hand all of our international mail over to a company third party courier who are then responsible for transporting it through customs. 

Once your parcel has made its way through customs, it’s then handed to a local courier e.g. FedEx. Third party courier partner with hundreds of couriers around the world and select the most reliable courier and route at the time.

You can still track your order by entering your tracking number here. Your international tracking number (also known as CG) Europe will start with followed by CG+12 numbers, for example CG123456789123 / OR only 12 numbers12345678912 3 outside of europe

If the most recent update states they haven’t received anything yet or they’ve only received the digital label, don’t worry – The third party courier hasn’t been handed over to them (local courier) yet. Just keep an eye on this tracking page, instead.

Once your parcel has made its way through customs, it’s then handed to a local courier e.g. USPS. Third-party courier company partner with hundreds of couriers around the world and select the most reliable courier and route at the time. 

You can still track your order by entering your tracking number here. Your international tracking number followed by 26 numbers. 

Once passed onto your local USPS courier, they’ll reach out and send you an email with your local tracking number. 

If the most recent update states they haven’t received anything yet or they’ve only received the digital label, don’t worry – Third-party courier company hasn’t handed over the parcel to them (local courier) yet. Just keep an eye on this tracking page, instead. It has left our warehouse!

We are so sorry to hear you have not received your order and tracking indicates it has been delivered.

Before we investigate, please make sure that your family or neighbors haven’t collected your courier.

Then please call the local official courier company, ask for the case acceptance number and provide it to us so that we will need to initiate an investigation with the courier so the depot can be searched and the driver can be interviewed.

We are able to investigate the delivery within 28 days of your delivery time/when you receive your delivery confirmation email.
