SHIPPING STATUS
We try our best to send out your packages on time after you check and confirm the Qc! That means all confirmed orders received before 6pm (UTC/New York time) on a business day will be shipped out that same day! Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.
DELIVERY TIME
Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. POPOSHOES is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. POPOSHOES can never guarantee a delivery date.
If you are not home to accept your package, you can calling and detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office by yourself.
